The bagels are above average, the dine-in food is OK, the service is mediocre. Take out service is rude and uncaring, & when trying to phone in a to go order, be prepared for even worse. When I asked them to repeat the order to make certain it was correct, it was done with gritted teeth, then I was hung up on before I could correct it.

When they fill the take out order, don't expect it to be right. If they are temporarily out of one flavor,they throw in something random & don't tell you.
