Reviews
Very disappointed in this FedEx office. They lost the package that was delivered there to be shipped. The package contained a cell phone of a disabled person with that phone being her only source of communication. It was being sent back to be fixed. They told me that she (my sister) could file a claim to have it reimbursed. However, that phone had personal information, medical information, and passwords on it. She is very distressed. I was given multiple numbers to call to try to find the package. My thoughts are why am I wasting MY time making all these calls? I am not the one who lost the package. We were told "sorry. I don't know what else to tell you." ok. How about taking accountability and making the necessary calls to find the package? Come on people. It's common sense customer service!
