      Custom Meat Processing Chad owner and butcher for Ellis Meat Company began in the meat processing business in 1999. During that time, he learned the specialized skill and art of custom cutting. During the early 2000's his career path led him to law enforcement, where he has spent the last 20 years. In 2020 he and his wife decided it was time to focus on family and find the perfect place to finish raising their 3 children. A move to Cookeville TN provided him the opportunity to re- explore his passion for the meat processing business. The Ellis Family looks forward to serving you and your family.
