DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE LOAN SHARKS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My payment was one week late, I got a letter in the mail so I was going to go and pay the next day. That same night at 10 pm they sent a mob crew to my home and took my vehicle. They would not let me get anything out and almost ran me over while screeching out of my driveway with the driver's door still open. A very large fat slob brought two beastly looking woman who also threatened to assault me. I am a 57 year old, disabled widow who was no threat to these people who came to my door in the middle of the night. My original loan was $400, I've been paying on it since May and now I have to give them $572 to get my vehicle back. I begged them to let me give them the money, I was going the next day to pay them and they wouldn't budge. To top it off I had a large amount of cash in my car and the repo people, EXPRESS TOWING IN CROSSVILLE TN STOLE MY MONEY OUT OF MY VEHICLE. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. I SPOKE TO THE VP IN COOKEVILLE WHO IS ALSO THE PRESIDENT, yes you read that right,, and she said they could've taken it 24 hour after the payment was late. So, see what kind of people these are? It's WORSE THAN DEALING WITH THE MAFIA. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY, EVIL PEOPLE.
