Jeff and all of the guys have been extremely helpful every time I have used them. They have no problem helping locate even the most hard to find clip.
I have NEVER been disappointed with dealing at Mitchell's. While waiting for parts, I have sat back and watched customer's come in and not having a good knowledge of what they actually need and the men at the counter are usually successful with providing the part that is necessary. Remember that customers are coming from all walks of life and maybe not know about automobiles.
