My story takes almost a year to completion. I needed to have my upper teeth extracted due to infection. After a complete review of prices and cost very expensive I signed to have it done. First about pricing, they were comparable to regular dentist offices and sometimes actually more expensive. No the nightmare. Teeth were extracted, and temporaries put in, when they had me leave the office I was bleeding so heavily that I had to take a towel I had in the car to hold onto my face, forgot even keeping the teeth in. By the time I got home some of the stitches had broken due to bleeding and I call the office and they said to continue doing what I was doing and use ice, and I would be fine, they were closing early that day, so a lot of staff had left. I do not recommend having the temporary teeth inserted as they are painful and don't fit and it was over a month before I could comfortably wear them and that was with having them relined and lots of adhesive. This is not to mention that I whole face had turned black and blue on both sides from under the eyes to the bottom jaw. When the dentist saw this she like it will fade. Ok after several relinings, I am ready for my new teeth. They inform it will be another $600 to up grade to new teeth. I said that is not what I was originally told and I was inform that is how it we will take the teeth you now have and put a hard lining it and they will become your permanent teeth. Now their is a new manager from the first so she does not know what I was told. She did try to work with me on this and we came to agreement that I would have a new set made and the set I have returned. That is not without me having to make a scene in their office telling people to not use them as they were expensive and did not follow what they lead you to believe. So I start getting the molds made for the new teeth. Two molds made two different times, and I get the wax mold, first one even the doctor said does not fit second time the wax mold, actually looks good and fit seemed fine. I did say to doctor it does seem a little loose and he said the actual teeth will be much tighter. Today I go back for my new teeth really excited about getting a pair of teeth will fit and when put in they fell right back out. Now I did not mention that average wait time in the chair before anyone starts to do anything has been at least 30 today it was 45 minutes and I got up and ask tech when I was getting my teeth. So much time wasted there over the year. At this point I am stressed to the max. Teeth are obviously way to big and they want me to start over or get these relined. I demanded to see the office manager and luckily the corp regional manager was there also and after much discussion they refunded my money for the teeth after threatening to sue. My husband feels that I should have sued them for all the inconvenience, and aggravation that I had to put up over a year's time. However, I did get my money back for the teeth. I might want to add that I am senior citizen with a lot of health issues. I did not need this. My recommendation is that the techs and lab people are inexperienced and incompetent. Upon leaving the office today a woman was standing outside waiting for me I had seen her in the office when I was there. She said look at my teeth this is the 4th set of teeth they have made me and I can't keep them in my mouth and she showed me. She was near tears. She also was a senior citizen. She said that her husband is going to sue. I told her I was sorry but I have had too many issues with Aspen myself to talk to her. If you try to post to their facebook page it will not let you. Their web page says that they have a five star rating however, I find that hard to believe with this many unsatisfied customer. I do not recommend them and can tell you I will not go ever again to them and I will advise everyone I know to not go either. Although I was reimbursed for my teeth I had a year of waste
