Very friendly. I've gotten 3 loads of mulch from there and they loaded it right away. The plants I bought were nice and healthy.

Be careful when buying from this company. They give you a year warranty on palm trees but when you have an issue you cannot get anyone to come and look at your tree to see what is going on with it. They were rude on the phone and would not commit to a time to come look at it. Funny how they can take your money super fast but when you have a problem they are unavailable.
