Robbie opened RMR Racing Parts and Accessories with his father, Ronald Mew, a former Late Model Stock Car Driver at Myrtle Beach Speedway. They began selling racing parts and helping drivers set-up their chassis. Even with the new business Robbie continued to race in the Limited Late Model Series on a limited basis until 2006.
