I went here June 2011 (4 months from my Wedding) to get my Dress. They were so nice and let me try on whatever I wanted. They also helped my Mother pick out her Dress and shoes. I would go back for a Wedding Renewal Dress.

We live about an hour away from Magnolia but my daughter was attending her first prom and we needed to venture into Conway where the best shops are. We spent all day between Magnolia and the other bridal shop in town. We tried on what felt like a billion dresses. My daughter finally found the one she loves at Magnolia. The workers were very understanding and willing to deal with my emotional teenager. We left that day without purchasing any thing. Two days later my daughter decided she wanted the dress and we called Magnolia and to our surprise, they remembered us! The took the dress and held it for us until we could come back on Saturday! We ended up buying the dress, a hair piece, earrings, and shoes! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I would recommend Magnolia to anyone :)

I recently decided to go to Magnolia Bridal for my wedding. I had been searching all over to find the dress that just made me want to say YES! I walked into the shop and my mother and I were greeted by two friendly ladies and one adorable puppy. We told the owner just what we were looking for and she went straight to their gowns and began to pull dresses out. We tried on about 5 but the one I tried 2nd was THE ONE. The owner and her assistant were very honest and up front about all my choices and were not pushy at all. They helped me in every way we needed, including helping my Mom try some not-so mother of the bride type dresses! I would HIGLY suggest Magnolia to anyone who would ask. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and GREAT prices! I saved so much money choosing this shop. They had the best prices we had seen in town by far! The cash out desk was a little messy, but that's the only problem I saw or felt what so ever!

This store is TERRIBLE to deal with! Very nice while you are looking for a dress, but the follow-up service is horrible! Ordered the dress for my daughter in February, and it should have been in by June. Wedding was Oct. 20th. Called two weeks after placing the order, trying to cancel the dress, but it was being made already. We still have not seen the dress OR a refund, and we are two weeks from when the wedding would be. We should have paid attention to the reviews, and we would have known what we were dealing with. Go to Amanda's a few doors down - I have only heard good things about them. I intend to tell everyone I know not to do business with this place!

No words could express the amount of disappointment in this store. Bridesmaids dresses were not delivered when promised, not even by the wedding date. Also, the money was never returned. One employee even cussed out the Bride!? Several attempts to get in contact with the store resulted in employees hanging up, that is when they even decided to answer the phone. Most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with - will NEVER deal with them again. Neither will half of Horry County.. word spreads fast around here...
