Very friendly staff... however their cleaning abilities are horrible. I took 2 wool coats in for cleaning. $21 dollars later, I have two coats that look worse than when I left them there. One coat had pilling all over it like it had been handled too roughly or something and looked like it has not even been pressed. The lining was a wrinkled mess. The other jacket has some staining that they were not able to remove (ok, I get that, but not really sure they even tried) . The jacket was hung on a hanger that was too small and caused big stretched out hanger marks on the back of the jacket. I had to take both coats home and press them, remove pilling that was not there before, steam out hanger marks, and remove stains from a jacket I had just paid someone to do for me. I'm not happy with such poor quality service. Seems to be the standard for Arkansas cleaners. If I could leave no stars on this review, I would.

Horrible! I put three items in the cleaners. All were new! They shrunk my new jeans and the others were still wrinkled. They refuse to reimbursement me for my new jeans. Their communication skills were not good whatsoever. I do not advise anyone to go there.
