The employees here were very polite. They listened to our needs, sat down and asked questions to figure out what type of unit would best fit our family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The properties are very well maintained and everyone that we have encountered were very professional. No complaints here!!

Awful experience! They do not keep their property clean and all staff I dealt with was incompetent. Be very very careful, they will try to take your money. I will never rent from this company again!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The Maumelle location is in a FLOOD ZONE & has a loud train track in the backyard. The owner's response: "we're not legally obligated to tell you that." Maumelle fire department would agree.. do NOT move here!! You'll lose everything. My family is STILL trying to bounce back from this terrible decision. They are the true definition of SLUMLORDS!

They have no respect for their renters well-being. Have ask for them to call or let someone know prior to dropping in for routine minor work and the property manager and receptionist was very rude. Only ask to call prior to coming due to female teenager being home and it been scary for her to walk out the bathroom or wake up with a male stranger in the house. Twice this has happen and we have only been leasing the place for a little over a week. Very unacceptable!!! Would love to speak with someone other than the General Manager!! So we feel very unsafe and uneasy about this experience as such any parent with a female teen. No regards for privacy or safety. If the property was properly care for prior to us moving in we wouldn't have these issues so early within the lease.
