I have lived in Conway for over 55 years. I've had a birthday cake from either Simon's Bakery or Ed's Bakery for at least 50 years. My dad was very big on getting me a bakery cake every year and my husband has continued the tradition. There was a little spell the for a few years recently when the cakes seemed to be shrinking, but this year, they are bigger and better than ever. We bought a cake just a few weeks ago and it was decorated beautifully and tasted wonderful. Great texture. I also love their cookies and have shopped for cookies there for years and years. I agree, their smiley cookies are the best! Our family loves Ed's!

This is where we pick up all of our celebration cakes and when we need alot of rolls or goodies for a party. We have never been disappointed.
