Well, I went in to order a "made to order" cheese stuffed crust deep deep dish pizza. I ordered it cheese. The manager took my order and I had to wait in excess of 10 minutes in 100 degree plus heat. I saw him check my pizza, not show me and then pass it over to me. I got it home and it was pepperoni. I called and was told by him that I ordered it pepperoni, I did not since my daughter hates pepperoni. Finally he said if I brought it back he would replace it. I said I was on my way. I got there and had another excessive wait in the unbearable heat while he told me that I ordeded it that way, it only comes that way, they only make it that way if you want it with that crust, pretty much anything other than sorry, here's your new pizza, all while he was standing in front of the sign that said it was "made to order". I finally agreed with him just to shut him up and got my pizza, still not shown if it was right, so I checked it this time before I left. Try Kitty Hawk for good service!

July 18 2016, 7 p.m. Ordered an ultimate supreme pizza. According to the worker, the pizza I got was the "last one" sitting in the warmer. I didn't think much of it thinking it will be hot/warm and fresh. I was wrong - so very disappointed and unhappy. Pizza was stale that I can't enjoy it and cold. I called but no answer.
