This company doesn't deserve a star. Paul installed a water heater through our Home Shield we just find out it was not in code when it's blew out the PCV and when I call Milburn they tell me Paul doesn't work there any more and they have no record installing no water heater at my address . something need to be done about this company. AHS doesn't want to take any responsible for this either. So am calling better business Bureau

I can't believe I'm spending time to write a review - but yes - the infamous PAUL came to our house yesterday for a slow tub drain - and yes - through a home warranty company. What a clueless "plumber". I thought I was nuts - then I see these other reviews about Paul...wow. The other reviewers are not lying. Run far far away from Paul and Milburn (think the company was just bought by Haselhall (spelling?) plumbing. I did talk to the front desk - she was though accommodating and is hopefully sending out a competent plumber. If you have American Home Shield - MAKE SURE they do not send this guy.!

ZERO STARS!! I would definitely NOT use this Company; or at least not their 1 of only 2 Plumbers; PAUL. He is an "idiot" as their own personnel called him. I usually fix all of my own plumbing problems. Needed two shower stem/cartridges for a Mixet and some washers in my sink that was leaking. Thought instead of spending $75.00 at Home Depot; I will use my American Home Shield for $75. So Paul came out ( I left my husband in charge) uggghhh...... and he walked in the house; looked at the shower mixet faucets and said I need new shower faucets; they would have to cut holes in my sheet rock and a new sink faucet. He then said we will order the parts and call you; then left. Of course my husband writes out a check for $75.00 without even getting any paperwork from this company. I then get a call from AHS that says I need new faucets; secondary to high water pressure of 100 psi; and they don't cover that; and a water pressure regulator installed. WELL, LET me tell you MR. Paul; who hung up on me when I asked him the number to the office; because he said he did not know what is was. I only need the $35.00 (my price) stem replacements. I already have a water regulator pressure; and the pressure is NOT at 100!! (Even had Culligan to verify). I will NOW fix it myself!!! A female HandyWoman!! Oh; and they did not even come when scheduled. I called on a Thursday; they could not come until Monday, and then Monday they said they only had 1 plumber because the other one called in sick. Then Paul shows up on Tuesday. Very unprofessional and rude!! I have been self employed and this company will not make it with employees like this. GOOD LUCK. I also rarely leave reviews; as I really don't have time to waste; but people BEWARE; especially if you don't know much about plumbing.

If I could rate the business NO STAR, that would be my rating...

This has got to be the worst case, poorest excuse of customer service... no care attitude that I have had the most unpleasant, stressful misfortune to experience... & any home warranty company who doesn't drop this company (Milburn Plumbing), should be ashamed of themselves. because they are doing a huge disservice to their own clientele. Also if the owners care about their business, they better think twice about allowing the manager (Tricia/Trisha) to continue making poor decisions... she can't even have the courtesy to follow up and right a wrong she committed due to poor neglect on her part ... then has the audacity not only to NOT return a call but also to ask "remind me of your situation, " when I was forced to make the call to her --- SERIOUSLY !!!! Who has time or money enough to be taking time off from work, let alone extra time, losing pay, as well as paying their service fees for mistakes they make on work that was never even looked at...

BEWARE of Milburn Plumbing----- in their case -- MAJOR LACK OF SERVICES



Initially I only sought out to search information and reviews about Milburn. However after learning of the recent negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my nightmare experience, so that others won’t have to suffer the same grief.

This is the worst company ever! Even my home warranty company dropped them. They couldn't diagnosis the leak problem in the shower. Said it was overflow from shower. Charged me for that. When I had a real plumbing company come out...guess what??? There was a leak in the shower valve. The worst company!

DO NOT USE MILBURN PLUMBING! I called my warranty company, and they recommended Milburn Plumbing and they were suppose to call me next day by 12:00 and of course they didn't. I had to call them my self and they give an 8 hour gap to wait between 9:00 - thru 5:00 p.m., I didn't appreciate their rudeness, like know body works during the day.

DO NOT USE MILBURN PLUMBING!

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. After taking my $75.00 service fee, they continuously called the wrong number to set up the service call when the correct number was actually on the service order from AHS. I called them several times to make the appointment and left messages. My call was never returned and I was told they're 'systems were down' and they had no way of listening to messages. For two days? This is ridiculous. I spoke with the manager who was just as unprofessional as the office clerk. I'm filing a formal complaint with American Home Shield and highly recommend against using this company that has no regard for customer service!

Just had them come out to check a leak in my shower. They were late, told me there is nothing they can do and yet still charged me a fee for coming out. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this company,

Milburn plumbing was sent by my homeowner warranty (HWA) folks to R&R (2) electric water heaters in my home's attic. The old units had rotted out from the bottom and water had overflowed the pan (i.e. clogged drain line) into the baby's room. Not an easy job made especially difficult by the location. The plumber and his assistant (Stewart and Mike) were courteous professional and efficient. I now look forward to hot water for showers tonight!

+++FRAUD ALERT+++ BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY++++FRAUD ALERT AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SENT A PLUMMER NAMED PAUL, FROM MILBURN PLUMBING OUT TO MY HOME ON MONDAY AFTERNOON APRIL 15, 2013 TO UNCLOG A TOILET. HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT TO SAY THE LEAST. HE ACTUALLY CAUSED MORE WATER DAMAGE IN THE PROCESS OF ATTEMPTING TO UNCLOG THE TOILET! WHICH IN THE END HE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE UNCLOGGED AT THAT TIME BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS UNDER THE SLAB!!! HE THEN STATED THAT HE NEEDED TO RUN A CAMERA WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!! BECAUSE, I QUESTIONED HIS CREDENTIALS AND HIS ABILITY TO UNCLOG A SIMPLE DRAIN. HE BECAME FRUSTRATED AND LEFT! AND HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CLEAN UP THE WATERY MESS HE HAD MADE IN MY BATHROOM. IN ADDITION, THIS PLUMMER ALSO CUT UNNECESSARY SHRUBS IN ORDER TO ACCESS MY OUTSIDE DRAIN. HE LEFT ALL OF MY TREE BRANCHES ON THE GROUND AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THEM EITHER. AFTER I CALMED DOWN, I CALLED HIS MANAGER JASON WHO TURNED OUT TO BE JUST AS CLUELESS AS PAUL WAS. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FUTURE CUSTOMERS NOT TO UTILIZE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT BEING PAID AND LESS CONCERNED ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY! IT TOOK ME AN EXTRA DAY TO DRY OUT MY BATHROOM AND THE MANAGER JASON MADE NO ATTEMPT TO COMPENSATE ME FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO MY HOME BY HIS PLUMMER!!! I SUGGESTED A RETURN OF MY SERVICE FEE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO AHS OF $75.00 AND HE TOLD ME HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! THIS WAS AFTER I EXPLAINED TO JASON THE MANAGER, THAT 45 MINUTES AFTER HIS PLUMMER PAUL HAD LEFT , ANOTHER PLUMMER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMED CPR PLUMBING CAME TO MY HOUSE AND UNCLOGGED THE DRAIN WITHOUT CAUSING MORE WATER DAMAGE AND SAID THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER THE FOUNDATION IT WAS SOMETHING STUCK IN THE TOILET. CASE CLOSED!!! THAT IS WHY I AM POSTING THIS TO HELP PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE FROM HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR INFLATED MYSTERY DIAGNOSIS!!! Milburn's was sent over by my ...

Milburn's was sent over by my home insurance company after two "experts" from a National Company couldn't fix my problem. The guys from Milburn's had the expertise and motivation to save me from a potential catistrophic flood. They were prompt, polite, honest and neat. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing. They provided 1950's quality service with 2011 knowledge. They get 5 stars only because there's no room for 6.

Very honest and knowledgeable

They came out to give me a second opinion on my sewer line, which was very different from the previous plumbing company. These guys showed me the camera while they were scoping the line and I could see exactly what was wrong. They advised me that the clean out had to be replaced not the whole sewer line. The Immediate response tried to rip me off and told me that the whole line needed to be replaced and that there was multiple breaks, which was a lie. Thanks Milburn Plumbing!
