Founded in 1978, Spring Mill Cafe serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The caf features two dining rooms that include Caf and Farmhouse that can accommodate up to 40 and 25 people. It serves a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, entr es, cheeses and desserts. Spring Mill Caf specializes in French cuisine that is spiced with exotic North African dishes. Its specialties include hearty pat s, traditional French dishes featuring boeuf bourguignon, rabbit stew and cassoulet Carcassonne and Caf specials, such as b'stilla marocaine and tajine. The caf s desserts range from French classics cr me caramel and chocolate mousse to montmorency, which is a dense chocolate cake with raspberry ganache and daffodil cake. Spring Mill Cafe also offers catering services for private parties and business meetings.
