The property includes a security gate, outdoor lighting and surveillance cameras for that extra peace of mind and added safety. This is the perfect solution for college students, grandparents, visiting adult children, patients receiving medical care, contract workers, and single parents needing an affordable home close to their kids. Apartments don't provide flexibility of stay and hotel rooms don't provide the type of sanctuary you deserve. Only we can provide both. Leave your own RV at home and stay in one of ours for about the same price as renting a RV campsite. We are conveniently located between The Woodlands and Conroe on FM 1314, accommodating both part-time and full-time residents on a week to week basis.
