Established in 1981, Houser Elementary School is a coeducational school that offers classes to students from prekindergarten through fourth grade. The school has an enrollment of more than 950 students, and its curriculum includes English, math, reading, basic skills, physical education and social studies. The school has business partnerships with Palotta s Italian Grill, Kroger and Cici s Pizza. It organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, such as Author s Day, Red Ribbon Week, Jump Rope for Heart and book fairs.
