I will give this company NO STARS as they were responsible for killing my father prematurely by failing to ensure that he was receiving oxygen upon returning home from the hospital. The nurse, Maria, spend two hours at the house doing intake paperwork instead of ensuring that his oxygen equipment was working properly. We had BEGGED them to provide training in the equipment so we knew it was working properly. My dad died 2 hours after returning home from hospital, oxygen dependent while recovering from pneumonia with a qualifying diagnosis of Parkinson's. We only requested hospice services so we could get support with oxygen at home. That did not happen. They have failed to provide any investigation of this event or any contact, support, nothing for 5 months now following his death. Please do no use this company, This is NOT who you want caring for your loved one!!!!
