Worst excuse for a show repair I have ever seen. Took my Mother's sandals to have strap length extended. When I picked them up it was $14.00 but they had done nothing. Took them back and they said they would call when ready. They never called after a month I went back and just picked them up. One of the straps was not in the box when I got home. I went in with a new pair of sandals and left after about 3 months with no sandals.

I will never go back!!! I dropped my sandals off on a Friday to be dyed & was quoted $12. I was told they would be ready 4 days later on Tues. When I went back on Tues., he hadn't even started on them. I was told they would be ready the next day. When I went back on Wed., they still weren't ready. He said he would call me when they were ready. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard from him so I finally called back. He said they were ready the next day. I said, "You told me you were going to call me when they were ready." He didn't have an answer. When I picked them up, he said the chg. is $21.50. I said, "You quoted me $12." He then got very smart with me & told me to get out of his shop & he threw my money back on the counter. I said, "I will never come back & I will never refer anyone to you."

NEVER do these people have shoes finished when promised. They do acceptable work but I have given thenm 3 chances and I am done. When having repair work done I should not have to hound someone for days to get simple shoe repair completed. I do not know how they stay in business!
