I have had companion animals all my life and been in rescue for 30+ years...the vets here are some of the best I have ever met...their expertise is unmatched and they have always been willing to deal with the emergencies we constantly see with rescue animals...no better place to take care of your furry or feathered (or scaled!) family members.

I have been taking my animals to Conover Vet for years. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I trust them with my animals completely. They are always honest with me about prices for things I want to do. They talk to me about what is most important to do first so I can spread things out on my tight budget. They really care about the animals! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I will never go back here. I brought my bird in for an emergency. The circulation was cut off on his leg. The vet was there but wouldn't see him because she was about to go off on an hour and a half lunch. They told me he would have to be sedated before they even looked at him or tried to handle him. I took him elsewhere, and they removed the band in a matter of minutes without sedation. We are still hoping he won't lose his leg over this, because we lost precious time while I had to call and then drive elsewhere to get him help.

Conover Vet is the greatest vet I have ever dealt with.They are great & loving with all three of my animals.They remember them when they come in for shots. The staff is great & and my animals feel comfortable when we come in. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
