Everyone was professional and very friendly. The Dentist was very good and explained things as he went along the process. He was very caring and done a great job with both extractions

I agree with the lady about his rudeness and roughness. I have never been treated so poorly in my 72 years and would never recommend Afforadable Dentures and particularly Dr. Williams; if you want to call him that. I feel and look like I have been butchered!

I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist in my 50 years. He was rough in extracting my teeth and was hateful and aloof when my denture would not fit. Told me to take them home and get used to them and proceeded to leave the room and not come back. He has no business treating patients in any capacity.

I'm emailing on behalf of my mother who is disabled and bought dentures from your Conover location.She has been having problems with her dentures ever since she first purchased them. The dentures rock back and forth in her mouth putting pressure on one side of her gums and not even reaching the other side of her gums. The dentures cause her to bite her tongue constantly. She went back to the Conover location and told them about the problem and they filed down the dentures as much as they could, but it did not help. They told her that if they filed them down any further that they would file into the teeth. Because of her severe medical condition she is unable to travel frequently. She called your 1-800 number and was told that she would not be given a refund. These folks do a great job. I overheard Dr. Register talking to a patient who was brought in by her daughter. It sounded as if she might be afflicted with some dementia. Dr. Register was patient and professional and obviously deeply concerned with the comfort and well being of his patient.. I would have been pulling my hair in frustration. Dr. Register said to her "you're ok. We are all having such a good time with you that we don't want you to leave". When Dr. Register got to my case, he was informative, helpful and effective. He might have years at the job and be involved in a high production enterprise but he treats his patients with focused concern and care. Complaints are inevitable in such a high volume endeavor but here is one patient who wanted to take the time to say thanks for a job well done.

They were fast but that's about it. The trays used to make the impression too large, it even tore the corners of my mouth, and as a result the teeth were too large.

I recently had dentures made here. I don't think I actually saw the dentist. The trays used to make my denture were at least 2 sizes too large, and as a result, so were the dentures.Save your time and money, if you need dentures go to a real dentist. I would compare Affordable Dentures to Burger King but even BK has a slogan of "Have it Your Way".

I recently visited this office for dentures. I never saw the actual dentist. I think it was a lab technician that actually did my impression. I've worn dentures before, but they kept saying it would take some getting used to. My old dentures were not made there, and I've never had any major problems with them, but due to changes in gum tissue my old denture was becoming loose fitting, but had always been fairly comfortable a natural looking.The replacement denture that was made for me at Affordable Dentures, is too large to fit comfortably and does not look natural. The denture also forces me to hold my jaw in a very unnatural position in order to avoid the lower denture from sticking out further that the upper one.This place is assembly line "dentistry", easily compare to a drive thru fast food resturant.
