We have been a customer since 1999, when our home was built. Driver is very courteous and checks to be sure we are not running low. Thank-you so much.

I have had some complaints in regard to this company. I have noticed a HORRIBLE smell when my bottles are 2/3 empty, which is designed to make you aware that the tank is going empty. This smell forces me to replace the bottle before the propane has been completely depleted. This is probably a small issue with most people, but for me, all I use it for is to cook and so 1/3 of a tank will last me a couple of months +. This adds up quickly. That averages out to be an extra bottle for every 3 purchased. Although good for them, not good for the consumer. I also don't appreciate the new contracts that they send out midstream that is 100% aimed for their good and not the consumer. Been here 30 yrs and have gotten 2 new contracts in the last 10 that are not to protect me at ALL. While they are usually fairly good about refilling when needed, these other issues are making other companies look appealing.

I had two bad experience with this company. I was a current customer and they came to fill my tank. two weeks later I went out to my barn for the first time since tank was filled and could smell bad odor. open the door and smell went away, they next day I could smell it again but worse. started to investigate and found the bleed valve on tank hissing, they open this valve to fill tank. checked gauge on tank and it was below 5 %. called and told them what had happened and they said it wasn't their fault and it was my responsibility to check it. they fill the tank and charged me for all of it. I was given the reason that sometimes they just come loose. It was Murphy"s tank , Murphy's driver and had never happened in the first 11 years I had it filled but somehow it was my fault ?
