I wanted to thank Wicklunds for their great service and honesty. I had been looking all over Concord for a trustworthy shop and trust me when I say I have been to many of them..all of them over charging for the job. Wicklunds was to the point, helpful and right on the money. The minute I walked in I felt very comfortable. I have a VW & Audi and they will be my shop now for all my repairs. A few years ago, when my car broke down, I had no where to go. The tow truck driver told me, "go to Wicklund's. That's where I have my mother take her car. That's how much you can trust them." And that's where I went. Since then I haven't taken my car anywhere else and I won't. They have taken care of me with my financial situation in mind. They won't fix everything just to make a buck. They do what they need to and nothing more. They are friendly, quick, and don't overcharge. In the beginning when they did repairs, I checked around with my 'guy' friends 'in the know' and everytime they would tell me, "that's a great price!" So for all the women out there worried about being taken advantage of, you can have piece of mind here. As for quality, I have never had to take it back for anything done wrong. As for service, I have gone in for some tiny little 5-minute things, and they did it right on the spot and didn't even charge me. They treat their regular customers like trusted friends.
