To give a fair and balanced review, we'll start with the good- our stove is installed and looks great and our house is really warm. Unfortunately, we can't highly recommend Stove Barn because we had a lot of issues in dealing with them throughout the purchasing and installation process involving misstatements about the permitting process as well as installation requirements, among other concerns. For more detail, read my review on google (which allowed for more space). Based on the concerning misstatements, it's not clear whether Stove Barn staff are dishonest, or just behind the times as far as industry regulations. My advise would be that if you are going to shop here, this is not the place to be a complacent consumer. Be vigilant to ensure that you are getting what you are paying for and that Stove Barn is following through on what they have assumed responsibility for.
