For over 30 years, Racquet Club of Concord is a center for complete fitness and recreational activities. Based in Concord, N.H., the fitness club serves the Concord community s fitness and recreational needs. It offers fitness/gym membership for all ages, senior memberships, outdoor pool memberships, child care programs: after-school, summer camp and vacation camp for children between age 5 to14 years. In addition, it offers a variety of cardio classes, including Body Pump and Body Step; tai chi and yoga exercises; indoor cycling, cardio kickboxing and hi/low aerobics. Racquet Club of Concord has started two new fitness classes called ZUMBA and ZUMBA GOLD. It provides outdoor activities for swimming, tennis and racquetball.
