I brought my 10 month old Pomeranian (Jesse) for grooming and wanted him to get the Lion Cut, well MICHELLE did the grooming and what a FANTASTIC job she did. We get positive comments and smiles everywhere we take him. Thank you Michelle

Brought my sick cat in to see the vet. Thought she was pregnant and having a difficult labor. Vet said she had a tumor and offered to put her down right there. Said she didn't feel any kittens. My daughter was crying too hard to put her down just then, we brought her home to spend her last night with us. The next morning, she gave birth do three kittens. Thank God my daughter was there, husband and I would have taken pity on kitty's pain and let them put her down. .

I have had my puppy groomed twice at PetSmart and both times have been dissappointed. Groomers don't want to hear what you want, just want to get through the standard puppy groom as quick as possible. When I visited for the second groom I let the first groomer know that we were not pleased with our groom, and she was more interested in taking her cigarette break, and told us we should just see another groomer. We did see another groomer, but listening and customer service and not part of this establishment. I will not return again.
