I have also had a bad experience; the manager,Carol, is terribly rude and unprofessional. Also, their prices are ridiculous and never mind the "late fees".... They double the prices so you can't afford to get your property back. My friend's mother passed away and that same week they auctioned off all of his property. Talk about cruel.
Uncle Bob's Storage in Concord is run by shiesty, terrible people. They rip you off in fees, and they LOVE to auction your stuff once you can't pay for it. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. The Attorney General's Office needs to investigate these people; they have been doing this for years and nobody has done anything and they fall into the "first month free trap"... They are criminals... Do not go here. Go to your local mom and pops storage facility.
