Absolutely terrible! I took a uniform shirt in for patches; one on each sleeve. Patches are for a state law enforcement agency, very common in the capital city. Owner tells me she knows where they go, etc. I assumed she could handle the job, as I could see numerous shirts hanging in the background with my type of patch and other agencies. I paid $4.00 per patch and realized later, that the patches were too low and way off center for what's required (.5" down from shouldler seam and centered on the epaulet). Lesson: Don't hesitate to verbalize the job requirements, even though it should be obvious the service-provider knows their job. Waste of money...
