The center offers radiography, ultrasound and bone density testing services. The Concord Imaging Center maintains a breast imaging suite that digital mammography solutions. It also provides appointment scheduling services. The center is equipped with a picture archive communication system. The Concord Imaging Center accepts Medicare and Medicaid insurance plans. In addition, the center offers intravenous pyelogram and arthrography solutions. It is an independently managed affiliate of Concord Hospital.
