Hired CTS to replace an old server in my office. No problems with server or network - just decided to replace old machine. Closed office on a Wednesday for job to be done. When I returned on Monday, office network was barely functional - MAJOR problems. CTS was not available to tend to the problems immediately - even though CTS was the cause of the problems. CTS Did not return any phone calls for a whole day with my network severely impaired. One month and $5000 later I am still trying to fix my network. When I stopped payment on final check to CTS, owner warned me that he has "family member in a powerful law firm" and that I would regret actions that his "legal team" would take against me. Sounded like this was not an unusual event for him - Note to self: beware IT people with legal teams. I paid him to put the matter behind me - it left a terrible taste in my mouth. I may ultimately have to replace entire network - hardware, software, etc thanks to CTS.

We were suddenly experiencing terrible issues with our computers. We rely on our computers daily for our business and one day we went in & our computers were down. We do not have an IT dept. & we were unable to reach our usual computer guy so we had to find somebody who could help us fast. We made a phone call to Certified Technical Solutions, they came right out to us.After they fixed our computers, they made sure everything else was running smoothly with our computers & explained everything to us in detail. What struck me was how the smallest of details were not overlooked & how courteous they were to all of us. - Very thorough company
