Robert Smith Design is a residential home planning and design-drafting firm with over 20 years experience in the custom and production home design/build business, which services the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. I work closely with many local and national builders, architects and individual clients to ensure all of my custom home plans meet the IRC building code. Also, all final construction documents are engineered and sealed to ensure your home is structurally sound and safe.
