      I am extremely pleased with the customer service! They have a very knowledgeable staff. I purchased a product from Best Buy and returned to them for additional assistance with the product. THREE employees could not figure out my problem and said to contact the merchandiser for help. I immediately went to Radio Shack for help and the associate figured out my problem in less than 5 minutes! I will keep returning to Radio Shack for all my electronic needs!
