I’ve gone here for my eyebrows for a year and never had a problem. I just went in for my first pedicure and witnessed pure RACISM by the staff. One African American lady came in asking for service, and she was turned away because there wasn’t enough time for her. Kim proceeded to talk with a customer sitting next to me about how she doesn’t like working on black women because they are so rude and bossy. I was dumbfounded. 25 minutes later and another African American woman walked in requesting service and she was also TURNED AWAY. I will NEVER go back here and I DISCOURAGE anyone from going to them for service. Pure hatred and and racism SHOULD NOT be rewarded.

This has been my nail spa for 10+ years and I am always satisfied. The owner Kim does my acrylics and fill ins and takes great care to get everything right. I have visited other shops over the years and they do not compare to Number One Nails!

if I could give them 0 stars I would. They watch the tv more than than they actually do your nails and they completely butchered my very full and arched brows, making them thin and splotchy

Very unprofessional. I went to get acrylics .The young female who did my nails had no clue what she was doing. My nails turned out super thick. She failed to remove all of my original polish, which show in my acrylics. I won't be back.
