Crisis Recovery Center at Kannapolis is a 15-plus-bed facility that serves residents of Cabarrus, Davidson, Rowan, Stanly and Union counties, N.C. It is a community-based program that is designed to protect children, strengthen individuals and families, and improve emotional and mental health of people struggling with difficult challenges. The center works in partnership with individual supporters, foundations, businesses, faith communities and government agencies. Crisis Recovery Center at Kannapolis employs a diverse group of full- and part-time staff, professional consultants, certified therapists and volunteers. It also provides school-based and medication services. In addition, the center offers an alcohol and drug treatment program. Crisis Recovery Center at Kannapolis provides multisystematic, filial and functional family therapies. Located in Kannapolis, N.C., it is a part of Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare.
