      We went in for 1:30pm appointment but got lookout of their office until exactly 1:30pm then the door open. Why tell your patients to show at 1:15 pm just to have them lockout and wait longer.

      Today I went in for a consultation on one of my kids and got denied because my child mother work for another dental office. The whole time we never got to see the Dr. from the time we went in until we left the office. So very unprofessional of them
