It was not a very pleasurable experience for my wife. Not sure whats the deal with the staff (nurses and receptionists) , but are not nice at all. This is going to be over second visit, if things don't change we will look for another OBGYN.

What is it with women that work here? The ladies at the desk are always so rude and pushy, I thought I was at the RMV. One of the nurses who I saw before, was so rude and out of line with comments she made to me, I was in tears on my way out of their office. If the doctor wasn't so nice, I wouldn't go there. Its a shame I have to dread every appointment for one of the most special and precious moments in my life.

I've had some horrible OBGYN experiences and I'm so grateful that I finally found a great practice I trust! I highly recommend Concord OBYGN! I have seen all the doctors and most of the NPs there. They were all so wonderful! Dr. Rubin delivered our first child via csection and has been so attentive, personable, and made our experience so memorable, comfortable and less stressful as first time parents. Not only was Dr. Rubin amazing but all the other doctors were so caring and so easy to talk to! They are all a great fit for me! What makes them stand out is that they actually listen to your specific concerns and questions, thoroughly explains their actions, they don't judge you for asking questions like some doctors do, engages in dialogue which is sooo important, and they don't rush you out the door which I've experienced before with other doctors at other practices! Our ultrasound technician Debbie made our first ultrasound experience unforgettable that we requested her for all the rest. She made each visit warm and we really got to experience our baby during our visits. Also, I had a pleasant experience with the ladies at the front desk. I don't understand why people gave them bad reviews. I thought they were respectful, catering, and kind! I understand that not all personalities mesh well, but everyone at Concord OBGYN was a perfect fit for us!

I concur with the other reviewers on this site; I love Dr. Travias and the other doctors I have seen have also been quite good. However, the receptionists are so unpleasant that I'm always left feeling dissatisfied after my visit, despite how good the doctors are. If I weren't already in my second trimester of my pregnancy, I would think about finding another practice.

This review is just about the receptionists and nurses. Each time I call I feel as though I am inconveniencing them. Impolite and rude. Brings down the level of class and the atmosphere is definitely not warm and inviting as there website claims.

Dr Travias is an amazing doctor. I only gave 3 Start because the costumer service at the front desk, Suck!!

There are 2 doctors at this practice that I love, Dr. Travius and Dr. Jordano-Alter. I had 2 stressful pregnancies and Dr. Jordano-Alter always took very good care of me and my unborn children. 3 years ago she saved my sons life by performing an emergency c-section, and again 3 months ago. I trust her completely!!!
