The staff at this repair shop, Concord Collision Center, are unbelievable! Every time I go in there the response is welcoming and professional. They have always been very accommodating and are patient with me; I am NOT knowledged in the workings of a car. I would highly recommend this repair shop to absolutely anyone needing repairs, oil changes or someone looking for a knowledged, non-take-advantage-of-you car service shop. It is even worth the time if it is a bit out of your way. (And no, I am not related to or friends with anyone at the shop. It is just that rare type of service that I felt it worthy the time to post this review.)
