This scanning company requested records for a patient in Feb of this year. I faxed them. Awhile later they faxed me again, telling me they didn't get them. I faxed them again. I swear, they still didn't get them. Then they called me. I told them the history and told them this is the last time i fax them i also included fax logs of the last two times i faxed them and told them to stop harassing me.

And guess what? They just faxed me again! To complicate matters, i had to close my office due to Covid and the papers that i had just faxed them did not get returned to the patient file. After a thorough search, i can only guess that the movers threw them away by accident.

Don't use these people. They're aggressive and bullying, like they're lawyers or something. They just paper pushers for a fee.
