I recently had Magna Chrome print 2 LARGE 30x40 inch metal prints for a corporate client. These images were sent directly to my client. They were to be hung in the lobby of this multimillion dollar corporation. I was quite unhappy when I received a call from the president of the Corporation complaining that the images were received damaged. There were dents along the edge of each portrait and THE BOXES WERE NOT DAMAGED. Therefore, these images were shipped from Magna Chrome in this damaged state. The worst part is the fact that Magna Chrome is refusing to reprint them at no charge to me. I paid $325 each for these prints and they will only replace them if I pay for it (Oh they will give me a 50% discount!) I am shocked!! I have been a professional photographer for over 10 years and worked with several great labs that have always replaced a damaged image in a heartbeat at no charge to me! If I had known that Magna Chrome does not stand behind their work I would never have done business
