As the previous poster stated the customer service by the receptionist is lacking to say the least. She has no sympathy for the customers most of whom need urgent service. Javier and his partner provide great service at a reasonable fee but they need a new receptionist ASAP.

Phone experience was average, not especially friendly, but not rude, just what one would reasonably expect. Don't, as the first poster recommended, just take his word for it. I feel like that post was written by a competitor or something ridiculously immature. The service was quick, efficient, and thorough. My A/C problem was solved. I am satisfied. You likely will be as well.

This company is my preferred appliance repair company. I believe that a business succeeds due to their employees and this is why EXCELCON is a great company. I don’t know what the previous guy was talking about, the ladies there are great, they are very helpful and kind. I love talking to them because if they don’t know the answer they will find someone who does. I use this company all the time since I have several rental units. I prefer Jay and Francisco since they have knowledge in all makes and are very helpful. Excellent company and excellent service overall.

The girls that work there are just that girls. No manners at all. They should be taught how to handle a customer on the phone. They were almost rude. They lost my business and I will not reccomend them to anyone, take my word for it. I would not call them.
