Price for the entire new system was very competitive and reasonable. The entire installation crew had one goal, and that was to install a quality system and to leave my house cleaner than it was when they showed up.
After getting a bad referral from my home protection warranty company, I decided to reach out to Air conditioning companies on my own. Cyclone Air Systems Inc, was first on the list, due to the high ratings I called them.
Frank answered my call immediately, heard the urgency in my voice as I explained my air conditioner was not cooling. Luckily, he was local and agreed to come diagnose in the next hour! I was so thankful, since it is Wednesday and the "other guys" were quoting a Saturday / Sunday appointment. With 90 degree weather, and young children I could not wait that long for an appointment and agreed to have Mario come out.
Mario immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and offered to fix it on the spot!!! within 45 mins I have cool air conditioning again.
I am so thankful for the quick response and fix!!!! I'm looking forward to sleeping soundly in my nicely air conditioned home tonight!

Very impressed with Cyclone Air Systems Duct Cleaning. First they were very quick to give me a quote to get my ducts cleaned and what days they still had availability. Next Mario arrived right on time and was super friendly. He explained the process and got to work. He and his crew were very clean and cautions within my house (very important during Covid times). He took before pictures of all my vents to show me the buildup and after pictures of how clean it was.
These guys were great. They helped educate me on the importance of regularly cleaning my air ducts. They were professional, they didn't make a mess, and they were very nice. I would recommend them to my friends/family. They also had a very fair price. I give them 5 stars and plan on using them next time. Keep up the great work!! Thanks Cyclone Air Systems!!
This review is a bit overdue. We had rodent problems in the crawlspace of our house; the mice chewed through our duct work under the house, and some have died inside the duct work (yuck). We even had a fresh dead rat under the furnace.
Mario came in, replaced all the duct work with new, better quality version. They hung the duct work from the floor joists so that should we have another rodent problem, we won't have similar problem (and showed me pictures of their work). They also found and replaced clogged and rusted dryer duct.
Their work was quick, efficient, and high quality. Friendly service with a smile, and good price to boot! (oh and by the way, they do a great job of cleaning duct work too, which they did for us for the rest of the house). We breathe much better now!

I recently moved to San Rafael, and decided to go ahead and clean my furnace air ducts. Cyclone Air Systems came recommended by my dad's co-worker and what can I say.. they really pulled it off :) The job took about an hour, and Mario, which was the foreman did a great job at cleaning and explaining me about the process of performing the service. he even cleaned my air filter at no charge and showed me how to clean it (which I had no idea about since at my previous house I had a different heating system). Mario and his team left the house as clean as it was when they came in to do the job, and I can really feel the effect of having my air ducts cleaned. I will use Cyclone Air Systems again. I needed my airduct and dryer vents cleaned, after a severe allergy attack. I needed a local company and fast. They were able to come out the same day and their prices were very do-able for same day services! When the technicians arrived they were very professional, careful, and they even gave me a few tips on how often I should get these things cleaned. Over all I was happy... Which doesn't happen very often. I will definitely be calling this company again, I hear they also do carpet cleanings!
My friend asked how I was able to get rid of the chocolate stain or if Ihad bought a new rug.. I told her the secret and how you did theh incredible job of making it look new. I had to tell everyone about it, it was a good experience.
My home warranty company diagnosed a problem with my HVAC system and required that I pay a HUGE portion to have it repaired. I contacted Cyclone Air System and the tech came out and diagnosed a much smaller problem and the cost was not nearly as much! He actually explained the problem and agreed that I should call the warranty company back out. The warranty co. sent out a 2nd opinion and they agreed with Cyclone Air Systems. Cyclone Air System could have come in and fixed the non-existant problem that the warrantly company diagnosed and I would not have known, but he didn't! I appreciate the honesty and value of this company! The service was fast and the customer contact with the home office was fantastic and very courteous. I would certainily recomment this company to anyone I know and feel confident that they would be taken care of. It's hard to find a honest caring company these days, but you find it in Great works! Thank you!
