Great classes for adults and all ages. The kids classes I've seen are really good too. Great workout while training and developing MA skills. Also big on kung fu history and applications of techniques. The instructors really know their stuff. School is part of Doc-Fai Wong's Plum Blossom International Federation. Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong tests them each year to certify quality of teaching.
