My family and I have been Dr. Lacey's and Dr. Ruzicka's patients for few years. Their friendly and warm staff will work with you over the phone and in person to make sure everything goes smoothly whether it is to fit you in for an emergency visit or a routine check up. Dr. Lacey and Dr. Ruzicka will make sure you understand any issues that concern you vision health and answer your questions. My children always felt comfortable around our doctors. Dr. Lacey and Dr. Ruzicka know how to work with kids really well. I don't remember my boys ever refusing to go see their doctors. They seem to be always at ease around Dr. Lacey and Dr. Ruzicka. They have my highest recommendation.

This doctor, Christopher Ruzicka, was the WORST experience I have ever had in the 25 years I have been using eye doctors. He was RUDE. Rude, rude, rude. As if I was a waste of his time. When asked if I could have laser surgery later on, he immediately said no. He was so snotty and disrespectful, I asked for my next appointment to be with his wife, who also works there. She must have mentioned it to him, because she came in with a HUGE chip on her shoulder, and was just as snotty and unprofessional as he was. When I asked HER why I couldn't get laser surgery, she said I could. When we told her that her husband said I couldn't, she flat out called us LIARS. As if we would make the whole thing up! They refused to give me the copies of receipts so I could get my $50 back from the contact lens manufacturer, and I have never been back. You'd be better off going to your inbred cousin with a spyglass for optical help than you would be this insane husband and wife team.
