The entire process from arranging a tow truck to pick up my car in Oakland, dropping my Mini in Concord, handling the insurance claim, rental car pickup and drop off all went very smoothly. David kept me informed about the parts ordered and the work being done on my car. I was really pleased with the final outcome, the car's front end looked brand new, better than expected.
