I called told people how i felt about my service ! they said they was sorry- They also told e they would follow up with management over this matter ! YET they lied . As they PROMISED !! They did not care ! if they did they would RESPOND BACK as PROMISED !! They treat there people as a # NUMBER NOT as a person is NOT a good thing ! I don't think they should even get one STAR !! I WOULD have like a REPLY BACK . I have told others how i was treated ! they where shocked !! My e mail is Starboygr@gmail.com .... PLEASE tell me why you would blow me off as if you don't follow up and why you lied telling me you was going to call me back !! i also added this to my Twitter and Facebook ! i wonder how Fox 17 or tv 8 would feel how i was treated ?

This is a wonderful one hour retreat. My husband and I go at least once a month if not more. It's the only place i've ever found to escape the world. One hour feels like one week...it is both relaxing and beautiful. Wonderfully clean facility with exceptionally friendly service. I would and have recommended it to all I know. I only wish it were a bit closer!
