I just wanted to comment because I read the two previous ones and am quite shocked. Personally, I would much rather pay a little more to have a fabulous cut and color than pay less and not be happy. I have been going to Laura for almost a year and I LOVE what she does to my hair! I have never been happier with a stylist!

I was charged double for one of my service and did not realize it at the time because I had a few things done. I was charged $180 instead of $130 and I cannot believe that I tipped based on the $180 cost! Not worth it at all.
I felt that I was overcharged for what my daughter had done. It cost me $79 for a partial highlight and to trim the ends of my daughters straight hair. I was shocked - I will never go back and I was a long time customer. I guess they have to make money on someone to pay for the new building.
