They are cheap but they are not responsible and their work is horrible.

WORST PLOW COMPANY EVER. Look elsewhere - the entire neighborhood is plowed before there's any sign of RDK.

Stay away! Low prices but completely unresponsive and unaccountable for what they promise. If you're lucky, they will do the work you asked them to do although certainly it won't be done on time. It's what you pay for. Don't panic if you leave them a message and they do not call you back that week. They are busy, you are not. Just give them some time, they will call you back eventually! It might just take another week or two. Do yourself a favor and find another company that you can rely on.

I called the company in early August to schedule lawn aeration and overseeding. It took a week and a follow up phone call by me to get the quoted price. It took nearly 6 weeks and several phone calls by me to get a date scheduled for service. The scheduled date came and they never showed up. I left a message at the office and said they needed to be out to do the work by the next day or I would cancel the service. I never received a phone call back. At this point, I am glad they didn't come because the quality of their work would probably be as poor as their customer service. This was a good reminder that the lowest quoted price isn't always the best option.
