- Dental Care€‹ Digital Dental Radiographs:  Dental extractions or disease are determined with help from digital radiograhs of the teeth and jaw. Â
- VaccinationPuppies, kittens, and other young animals need more frequent care. With young pets, you will need multiple appointments within the year to keep them up-to-date on vaccinations and to monitor their growth. As your young pet grows, we may make recommendations for when to spay/neuter them. All of this generally falls within the early phases of their life.
- Nutritional CounselingNext comes the physical exam! We do a full-body exam, paying close attention to your pet's eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, coat, and skin. This helps us spot any potential signs of illness. If we notice any warning signs here, we may proceed to more in-depth exams or tests to help us tend to the issue. If your pet looks healthy, we will focus on how we can best ensure that he/she stays healthy. This includes common preventative medicine such as vaccinations and parasite control for fleas, ticks, heartworms, etc. Sometimes, there is also a need for non-medical health control such as weight management, dental hygiene, skin care, or tips for healthier fur. Â
- Comprehensive ExaminationIf your considering having a surgery performed you should consult with our DVM in person. This ensures accurate communication with you and the staff. The most important thing to us is the safety of your dog or cat. A full physical examination and proper testing prior to anesthesia is crucial to this safety goal. Â
