I am fairly computer illiterate. I have been in there a couple of times and never have been made to feel "dumb". Each time it was NOT what others had told me, not did it cost nearly what others had quoted me. Each time was a quick fix. I am en route there tonight again and hopefully it will be something fast and simple!!
