I went here for an eyebrow wax & was told simply & quickly that they were busy; so, I did NOT receive a wax from them that day...which was just as well because I do NOT see myself feining to visit again anytime soon. What bothered me is the woman who told me they were "busy" had a mask over her mouth & nose, which is fine as it is policy & procedure; however, it's very difficult to understand what someone is saying to you while wearing one...especially if said person's 1st language is NOT English; I believe the masks should be removed when communicating w/ customers. The 2nd thing that bothered me is that the excuse, "We are busy" is NOT a sufficient thing to say to a potential customer. Don't get me wrong, I've been told this at other places before but ALWAYS w/ an apology 1st, then followed by an explanation & a better time to 'call again'. W/ this woman I had to practically pull teeth to get any info at all..like when to come back. Plus, the customers there had a huge staring habit!
